When exceptional means natural simplicity, when the kindness of the forms is the result of subtraction and not of addition, this is how talent manifests its absolute perfection. When the patient art of waiting and the skilful hand of time make the lightness of balance flow into an almost perfect work, this is how they transform it into the enchantment of harmony. And this is how in 2015 Pinot Bianco, with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir alongside it and under the affable work of time, was able to express all its extraordinary ability to balance itself. A harmony already so perfect in its bare and primordial essence, that it did not need the addition of notes of sweetness and for this Pas Dosé, without dosage. A direct descendant of Athesis Brut, it has inherited its soft and refined profile which, in this new symphony of bubbles, is austere, intense and persistent enveloping the palate and playing with a new balance of the senses.
