Among the highest slopes of Caldaro, on the summits at more than 700 meters in the hamlet of Castelvecchio, where the air is thinner and the cold begins to become more intense, the roots of the vines of our Pinot Blanc are located. And it is precisely here that time has marked it, it has changed its appearance. Like the impetuous succession of events, so today is the elegance that flows in its notes, compelling, pressing.
