Chardonnay Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT

This wine is the heir to one of Santa Margherita’s intuitions when in the 1980s he proposed an innovative “petillant” version of the Trentino Chardonnay. Today’s version is no longer expressed with the effervescence of the time but the transparency of the mountain territory still emerges all in the fragrant notes of flowers and in the crunchiness of the fruit, as well as in the gustatory freshness that make it an excellent wine both as an aperitif and combined with a light, vegetarian or fish meal.
