Just a few kilometers east of the town of Valdobbiadene to immerse yourself in the Cartizze area, a mosaic of small hills dense with vineyards that extends for 108 hectares, considered the cradle and soul of the appellation. Due to the composition of the soils and geographical position, the Glera grape reaches a unique aromatic-gustatory potential here, which is enhanced in the Martinotti method sparkling wine making and in the choice of a suffused residual sugar. It is therefore a sparkling wine to be recommended, for its ample fragrance and delicate sweetness, for the pleasures of the end of a meal or particularly spicy snacks.
